Goods are nearly always dispatched within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) and we therefore deliver as below:
Mainland UK addresses: 2 days from order receipt. e.g. Orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands: 3 days from of order receipt. e.g. Orders received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday,
Northern Ireland, Rep. Ireland, Belgium and France: Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to these regions, however we are keenly looking into ways to bring this service back and hope we may be able to ship to these regions again soon. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We believe everyone should be able to order and receive our products online – including those of you who live in the most remote areas of the UK. Our delivery partner, DPD, classify certain postcodes in Scotland as UK Extended, Highlands & Islands areas – and deliveries therefore take 2 days to be delivered, rather than 1. This will also incur an extra cost due to the extra charge our courier charges for this service, please see below for the delivery cost guide.
If your delivery postcode is in the list below please select “DPD (Scottish Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands)” as your delivery option at the checkout to ensure your order is sent and received correctly.

We charge £4.95 for delivery to mainland UK and a subsidised rate of £8.95 to extended UK delivery areas -Highlands and Channel Islands.
On orders over £30 (after discount) we offer free delivery to the mainland UK, sadly we are unable to offer this to the above ‘extended areas of the UK, Highlands & Islands’ due to the high costs associated with the delivery.
Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please follow the following guidelines:
– If the problem is the fault of ORSOM we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference. We insist however that you let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order.
– If there is a mistake submitted on the order form e.g. incorrect information, ORSOM cannot be held responsible for it. However, we will work with you to try and correct the issue.
– If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control.
